Bangla Sex Book

In the fall of 2004, I've seen at the Frankfurt bangla sex book Fair a big photo of Elfriede Jelinek with the announcement that it has received the Nobel Prize in Literature. I noticed that in their makeup and their hair style very deliberately tried to achieve harmony in their appearance. In contrast, she shuns the public, or being together in larger groups. I was curious about them and about them and began her work researching. I realized that this author at her home in Vienna, has no name tag. It is remarkable that she, who lives in solitude, it has managed to achieve with their work a world public. I knew their works previously not until the publisher from Dhaka, Bangladesh - Mr. Mesbah Ahmed - asked me to translate her most famous work "The Piano" into Bengali. Elfriede Jelinek has said himself that it is very difficult to translate their works because it plays with the melody of language. Until then, there was no translation of their works in the Bengali language. The bangla sex book (Bengali language) is the fifth "greatest" language in the world. I like it but to do something difficult, "no" to a "Yes", an "impossible" to make a "possible". That's why I decided to accept this offer, "The Piano Teacher" in the Bengali translate to accept. When I started reading the book, I immediately began to appreciate the metaphor. At the start of reading I came across the following example: ". A swarm of autumn leaves the same, it shoots through the door and tries to get into her room without being seen" Just as Elfriede Jelinek organizes the words, she describes daughter and mother, her life, society and its rules, oppression and the oppressed. I immediately felt, and that made me great pleasure in translating. My work was progressing well. Early in my life during my studies, I was once become addicted to paint - I like oil paintings. Just as I was then painted with oil paints, I translated Elfriede Jelinek. Here and there I was a "highlight" to reflect its imagery and structure of writing. I was born in Bangladesh, but has long lived and worked in Germany. Through my work at Deutsche Welle Radio & TV in the marketing and public relations, I was also in the "DW choir" of Deutsche Welle. Through the study of Western music and music I could understand the musical world of the main character, "Erika" good. The description of the secret sex lives of Erika, of "Peepshow," "sex movie" and sex workers - all of which can afford the writer only because she is courageous and has a deep knowledge of life. Before my translation was published, I predicted some writers and intellectuals that the book would be banned in Bangladesh. Fortunately, it is not happened. Probably the daughter-mother problem is found everywhere in the world. And no one wanted to touch this sensitive point. Or no one wanted to protest against the writer, who received the Nobel Prize. Or the Bengali readers are mature enough. Whatever it is, it is my great pleasure that the Bengali readers have accepted my work. At the Book Fair of the Bangla Academy 2006 in Dhaka, Bangladesh was this book one of the best sellers. And in this way has Elfriede Jelinek for the first time the Bengali readers reached. . .
